1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 1777ba website, its subdomains, and all associated services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1777ba Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1777ba reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Access to the 1777ba Platform is restricted to natural persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from any gambling platform.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by 1777ba for breach of these terms.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the submitted details change. 1777ba reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where verification is refused or unsuccessful.

Each individual may register one account only. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, 1777 ba reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been carried out by you personally.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1777ba support immediately at [email protected]. 1777ba will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account during that process. We will not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorised access where those losses resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must not use another player's account under any circumstances. Accessing, or attempting to access, another player's account is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

1777ba accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

Deposits are credited to your 1777ba account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 1777ba is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or mobile network operator. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 1777ba reserves the right to request government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours of approval. Card withdrawals may take 3 to 5 working days depending on the issuing bank. 1777ba is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers after funds have been dispatched from our system.

1777ba reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. Players under active investigation will be notified, and their accounts may be temporarily restricted during the review period.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 1777ba offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms that govern eligibility, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds.

The standard welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a first deposit is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering contributions may vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically after this period.
• 1777ba reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, making low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, or using prohibited software — will have their bonus voided and may face account termination.

6. Gambling Rules and Fair Play

All bets placed on the 1777ba Platform are binding once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and market choices before confirmation. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the point of confirmation, except where 1777ba expressly provides a cash-out or in-play amendment feature for a specific market.

In the event of a technical error, network failure, or system fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 1777ba reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. In cases where the error is identified after settlement, 1777ba may reverse the settlement and re-settle the bet in accordance with the correct outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1777ba Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1777ba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

1777ba does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. 1777ba's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination and Suspension

1777ba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a verified, non-restricted account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable verification procedures and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

12. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
